BMW of Towson - Service Center

I bought a warranty from Towson BMW three years ago for my 428. I, primarily in case anything happens to the roof. It is a hardtop convertible. Anyway, I noticed a problem with one of the strips on the roo my 428. I, primarily in case anything happens to the roof. It is a hardtop convertible. Anyway, I noticed a problem with one of the strips on the roof last week, and called the dealership and they said if I have my car in by 2:30 I should be able to pick it up that evening. I got there, and the gentleman said there’s no way they could do it today because they don’t stock the part, and then he called me and said that he can’t find any record of my warranty, probably because the dealership was sold. So as it stands now, I am $3000 invested in a warranty that doesn’t exist in this dealerships systems. And no one able to fix my issue. So not worth more than one star right now, maybe they’ll fix it. There was one highlight. The lady at the pick up counter was absolutely fantastic. No one could seem to find the keys or find my car, at no fault of hers, and she took control of the situation, and could not have been kind or sweet or more professional. More
