Third visit to this dealership for service, first two under a covered service agreement and were great. This one was terrible. A day and a half for only an oil change and tire rotation. They may be short under a covered service agreement and were great. This one was terrible. A day and a half for only an oil change and tire rotation. They may be short staffed (counters unstaffed,, people seemed sparse, though employees that were there seemed to be busy), and if so, that’s on management to not schedule appointments when there aren’t employees to actually complete the work in a timely manner. I’d rather have fewer appt choices and know that my appt will actually happen in a reasonable amount of time. Picking up my car was an exercise designed to test patience - why bother having me pay ahead of time online and state what time I”m coming to pick up my car if nothing would actually be ready and no one will be around to actually check me out and bring the car around… I’ll probably look for other options now that I don’t have a service agreement on my car to be honest.
