The BMW Towson part department really helped me out. I needed some parts on shirt notice for my car. I called in and they were easy to talk to and found what I needed right away. They did everything they said they were going to do, and they paid for an uber pick me up from the dealership and drop me off at my office and then pick me up when the car was ready. it took a little extr they paid for an uber pick me up from the dealership and drop me off at my office and then pick me up when the car was ready. it took a little extra time but that was because they were short staffed.
