Had a bad experience on 9/08/23 - printed receipt had incorrect information on tire tread and was charged for tire rotation and balance that was not performed. Took car in fir check engine light so I could take car for emission testing. They turned light off and said it was nothing. Two days later check engine light on with same error code from OBD reader. They for emission testing. They turned light off and said it was nothing. Two days later check engine light on with same error code from OBD reader. They fixed nothing and diagnosed nothing. Now they want more money to diagnose again for what they didn’t fix. They are liars and cheats!!! More

The Service Associate was “Excellent”. I appreciate the video walk through explaining the checks. Minimally service associates should be aware of all existing offers and if verbally mentioned by the customer that offer applied to the service. Do Better BMW! More
I've been bringing my BMW to Towson over 15yrs, I admit when they made recent staff changes, I wasn't pleased since I had a consistent and great relationship with Derrick Edwards.
