Took my car in for the vanos bolts recall. I was told by my service advisor, Christian Saylor, that he went down to the shop and talked to both the shop foreman and shop tech. He also stated t I was told by my service advisor, Christian Saylor, that he went down to the shop and talked to both the shop foreman and shop tech. He also stated that he saw with his own eyes the engine internals and that they had replaced my Vanos units and hardware. I notice on the invoice that they did not replace any of my Vanos units so I reach out to my service advisor who is now telling me it was “complete mis-wording” and giving me the run around. They are unable to give me any details. I have all texts and invoice More
