I've been to BMW of Towson for service a few times in the past year. Everyone in the service department is helpful and knowledgeable. The most recent appointment was for a bulb replacement which they did whi past year. Everyone in the service department is helpful and knowledgeable. I was told to pull into the service area and someone will come out to you. Well 15-20 minutes no one did. A gentlemen saw me pull up he didnt have a customer at his desk which faced the service area. The other service advisors were with clients, I had to go inside to confirm I was in the right place and I was. I chose this location for convenience. I did a build and purchased my X3 in Suitland, MD. Initially I was looking at Lexus, my husband has one and Annapolis Sheehy gives great customer service. Interesting he initially went to Lexus in Towson and was ignored. Customer service is key. I came back to Towson to see if my first experience wad a fluke or indicative of a larger issue.
