Honestly, the level of service is unbelievable at Towson BMW. The staff is terrific and my experience has prompted my family members to consider buying a BMW. I walked right up to the counter and my paperwork was already waiting for me. The cashier was professional and very fast. My car was returned washed and vacuumed. Northwest BMW takes the cake, Towson Service is the worst we've ever experienced as a BMW owner. The phone tree doesn't work and they do not call back their customers when messages are left for service. We c we've ever experienced as a BMW owner. We called service for a loaner after our car had to be towed starting at 6PM left 3 messages and by the time we got a secretary to find an actual person it was 7:03 at which time we were promptly told that service/loaner closed 3 minutes ago we'd need to take a cab home with no loaner.
