Nic is a very great, patient and thoughtful client advisor I ever worked with. I had visited BMW of Towson twice before I decided to move forward with the purchase of my new 2014 BMW X5. Nic Brown was the was the client advisor that helped me initially. He helped me navigate the different options and models that BMW offers. initially, I had been debating between an X5 and X6. He was very patient with me and was not pushy. Eventually I settled on the new X5. Dave Burke, from finance, helped me then with the financial paperwork. It was a good experience overall. Only negative comment I had was the fact that I had ordered an entertainment system with my vehicle just to fid after delivery that it did not come with a head sets and I had to buy those separately. Very disappointing. More

Our new car arrived at the dealership on Monday and we took delivery the next day at 930am. The car was beautiful and ready for us. We needed to complete some standard paperwork and Nic, our Client Advi took delivery the next day at 930am. The car was beautiful and ready for us. We needed to complete some standard paperwork and Nic, our Client Advisor, was very efficient. He also 'taught' us about the features of the new car. While we were with Nic, the finance department completed their paperwork so our time was not wasted waiting. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire car buying process (from sale to delivery). More
My wife and I had been reviewing BMW 328i x drives on the internet and had a general idea of what a low mileage 2013 model would cost. We had been contemplating a private purchase for some time and just had internet and had a general idea of what a low mileage 2013 model would cost. We had been contemplating a private purchase for some time and just hadn't found the right combination of features to make a purchase. On a whim, one Sunday afternoon, we drove to the Towson BMW dealership and found the car we wanted on the lot at a price considerably more than we wanted to spend. Two weeks later, I called the dealership and got Nic Brown as my "client adviser". I explained to Nic what we wanted to do. We had never even sat in a BMW, and we basically knew very little about the brand. He scheduled us for an appointment shortly after my call, and we were professionally and pleasantly greeted at the door. Nic spent quite a bit of time reviewing the brand, various models, pricing structure, etc. After a short time, we had become very familiar with the model. When we got in the car for the test drive, we realized the vehicle had been part of the loaner fleet at the dealership. Any concerns we had over the integrity of the vehicle were quickly dashed after the test drive and experiencing the performance of the vehicle, first hand. In addition, we were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our adviser, Nic. He was never pushy and never seemed to be getting impatient with us; he took the time to give us a thorough tour of the facility, service department, parts area, etc. He introduced us to the service advisers and managers. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable at the dealership. Also, Nic spent time with us reviewing the features of our vehicle and its extensive technology. He even took the time to load our phone address books into the database. I must admit, we felt much more comfortable with the sizable investment after realizing the advancements in safety and technology combined with the level of service we would receive. This vehicle comes with a maintenance program, so they know you will be back for service if you are in the Baltimore area . I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and advise them to see Nic. More
