From the moment we entered the store, Saul Williams greeted us in such a friendly and mannerly way, that immediately we were visit to BMW of Towson. As we went through the process of purchasing, he was very patient, understanding and afforded us all the time we needed to test drive different cars (3 test drives). He took quality time to explain the pricing and trade in option we had to work with. He seemed to be genuinely concerned that we make the best decision possible. He did not try to sell us something that we could not afford and helped us greatly by showing cars within our price range. Mr. Williams' behavior was extremly professional and pleasant at all times. I would certainly recommend BMW of Towson to other persons and I wouid especially recommend Mr. Saul Williams as the salesperson to work with. I had visited BMW of Towson twice before I decided to move forward with the purchase of my new 2014 BMW X5. Nic Brown was the was the client advisor that helped me initially. He helped me navigate the different options and models that BMW offers. initially, I had been debating between an X5 and X6. He was very patient with me and was not pushy. Eventually I settled on the new X5. Dave Burke, from finance, helped me then with the financial paperwork. It was a good experience overall. Only negative comment I had was the fact that I had ordered an entertainment system with my vehicle just to fid after delivery that it did not come with a head sets and I had to buy those separately. Very disappointing. More

Our new car arrived at the dealership on Monday and we took delivery the next day at 930am. The car was beautiful and ready for us. We needed to complete some standard paperwork and Nic, our Client Advi took delivery the next day at 930am. The car was beautiful and ready for us. While we were with Nic, the finance department completed their paperwork so our time was not wasted waiting.
