Mr. BMWKing911, BMW of Towson is sorry to learn of your recent experience at our dealership. We work hard to provide the best BMW experience to all of our clients. I have investigated the concerns and understand that there may be two sides to every story. I always encourage clients to reach out to me personally when they have not had a great experience. It is my understanding in investigating your concerns, that the issue arose when we could not reduce our selling price by thousands of dollars for our pre-owned car that we not only believed to be offered at market price, but below our actual cost. Similarly, our notes say that your X5 experience was after an order was already placed with another dealer and we would not sell the car for less than what you were already buying the car for. Following your post about never wanting to come back, you emailed our sales department and increased your offer from 31K to 37k recognizing that our initial pricing was in fact in line with the market. However, by that time, the car was already sold to another client. You also reference that you texted the owner, Marc Cohen, who never responded to you. Well, as the owner (Marc Cohen) I can assure you that I received no such text message and looked through my entire history of texts in the event that I may have over looked it. I would love to know who gave you my number as they may have given the incorrect one. Again, I am sorry the experience did not go well and would love to hear directly from you so I can make sure we correct any issues that are causing this negative experience. Experience is much more than simply price, and I always look to be competitive in price and above the rest in experience.
