Poor customer relationship Lately, BMW of Towson service seems to be cutting every possible corner they can at the expense of their customers. This gripe is the result of the in Lately, BMW of Towson service seems to be cutting every possible corner they can at the expense of their customers. This gripe is the result of the inability to obtain a loaner car for a recall service. I don’t feel that it’s the customer’s fault that the airbag is defective and takes an “hour” to replace. Unfortunatley, my current schedule does not allow for me to sit for a couple hours (usually longer than their claims) so I try to schedule mult appointments at once. Today I was informed that 2+ hours worth of service does not warrant a loaner car, even if it’s at the fault of the manufacturer. I’ve owned my BMW for almost 7 yrs and have been going to BMW of Towson since purchase and this is the first time in that time I’ve been turned away. Maybe Mr. McCormick is having a bad day or maybe the policies have changed. Either way, not cool. More

Wesley is a great listener and that builds up trust I walked into the dealership thinking that I will not be able to afford a BMW and was skeptical of the ongoing sales.
