Incomplete routine service I bought my car new and had a great car buying experience at the dealership. I also bought the service package, which I was told would cover all routi I bought my car new and had a great car buying experience at the dealership. I also bought the service package, which I was told would cover all routine maintenance expect for new tires when they were needed. I took my car in for routine service at ALL recommended intervals and I was under the impression that all recommended services were being completed. I was wrong. At about 30k miles I noticed that the front tires were wearing MUCH more than the rear, so at my 30k service appt, I asked when the tires were last rotated. I was told that the tires had NEVER been rotated, this was despite the fact that the car had been taken in for service at ALL recommended intervals. I was told that I had never REQUESTED a tire rotation, and this was not part of my service package, so it was never done. I was floored, I thought that the tires were being rotated at the routine service visits per the manufacturers recommendations (Kudos to the Nissan dealership where I made my prior new car purchase. They have never failed to rotate my tires at recommended intervals, and they did it for free). Never at one appt for routine service at BMW Towson, was I told that the tire rotation was recommended, but not included in my service package, and offered this service for a fee. I never turned down a tire rotation, it was literally never brought up by the service center until I inquired about the uneven tire wear. At that point, the tires were so unevenly worn that they needed to be replaced. The lack of tire rotation diminished the life of the tires, impacted performance of the car, and created a safety hazard. I feel like this is a scam, it is more profitable for the dealership to replace your tires more frequently than to perform the recommended tire maintenance. It also begs the question-- what other manufacturer recommended services are NOT being performed when I take my car in for routine service because I don't know I need to specifically request them by name. Easy, Fast, Excellent Experience with BMW of Towson I came in at the very start of my search looking at a new 2018 X3. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Wesley Bishop who showed us both the X3 and th I came in at the very start of my search looking at a new 2018 X3. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Wesley Bishop who showed us both the X3 and the 328i. As we were at the start of our search, we did not test drive anything and were not 'pressed' into making any decisions or determinations. We can back a week or two later to test drive the X3. Wesley again was happy to assist, and did not pressure us into making any decisions that day. He went through the pricing structure with us, both for purchase and lease and gave us the information we would need to make a decision. Ultimately, while looking around the BMW of Towson website, I noticed a used 328i with low miles that I wanted to look at. Again, quick and easy, was able to setup a test drive of that car. Afterwards we went in to talk pricing and BMW of Towson was able to work with me on the price to both of our satisfactions. The deal was done in under 20 minutes. When I returned to sign the paperwork 2 days later, they had detailed the car and had it in the showroom garage ready for me with a full tank of gas. The transaction again required 15-20 minutes with John Kim, who was also a pleasure to deal with, and I was out the door with my new car. Overall impression of the dealership was fantastic. It's clean and everyone I interacted with was pleasant. Special recognition to Wesley Bishop who was incredibly easy to deal with and got me what I consider to be a great deal on a great car. Thanks! Couldn't have gone better I got an engine failure warning going to work one morning, drove my car straight to the dealership and it was smooth sailing from there. My service guy, Derrick, was super pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a loaner right away. They worked seemlessly with my extended warranty company and I was able to keep the loaner for days while the repairs where being done. Everything went smoothly without a hitch and everyone was very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend. More

We purchased our last Bmw from another dealer and they were horrible to say the least we said we would never buy another car from them and when I called your dealer and spoke with Wes last year I knew we were in good hands. Wesley took care of us and we truly appreciate all that he did, he went above and beyond for us, we are happy to know we can go back to Bmw of towson to get service and to buy our next Bmw. We are extremely happy with our purchase and how we were treated by Wesley bishop and the entire staff at your dealership, thank you so much Wesley and thanks to John Kim for managing such a great team of professionals over there and thank you Wesley Bishop. Christian is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable and patient. He had answers to pretty much every question we could throw at him (or got us an answer quickly). There was never too much pressure applied, even as we struggled to make a decision between two great cars. He was patient and continued to supply whatever information we asked. Since the visit, I've spoken with Christian on the phone a few times and the same professional courtesy is still extended. I could not rate my experience thus far any higher. We will be back and I would highly recommend Christian to family and friends. More

He was also able to accommodate me leaving my other car there for a few days until I could pick it up. I had a minor issue with not being able to close the sunroof, so I came back the next day, and they were able to take care of it within 5 minutes. Overall, excellent experience! More
