Everyone in the entire service department has always been very helpful - from the guys who work the service lane to the folks in the loaner dept to the cashier and beyond. Every service advisor I've worked with has been very knowledgable and kept me updated with the progress of my service. Jack and Rich run a top notch service department that is second to none! I had gone to two other dealerships near me, but the equipment, interior color, etc were not available. Neither seemed to have interest in actually finding what I wanted. I was referred to Bill Kasper by a friend. When I first spoke with him, he asked what I was looking for & said he would do some research on availability & get back to me. In 2 hours, Bill emailed 3 options that fit my objectives. Bottom line, Bill did the work, followed through, got the car & made this process easier than my other experiences.
