Great car buying experience from a woman’s perspective I don’t buy cars often. As a woman, you may have a preconceived notion of what your experience will be like if you enter a dealership alone. Venol Burke (my salesman) was patient and knowledgeable about their products. He took time to help sort through all the options to narrow it down to a vehicle that fit to my liking. There was no pressure. I felt that Mr. Burke and the other staff at BMW of Towson were honest, transparent, and valued me as a customer. I was not the biggest sale of the day but was still treated with the same quality of service as others. I never felt that anyone was trying to get over on me. The sales process and service of the used vehicle I purchased was beyond what I expected. My car looks and works great. That’s important to me. This dealership is very malticulus about the vehicle that they are selling. I would recommend the salesmen, Venol Burke, and the dealership as a whole to anyone. More

I had previously purchased 3 BMW cars from out of state, and I can definitively state that our entire purchase process with Tyler was absolutely the best of all the experiences. We had been searching the entire US for several months for our special vehicle, and thankfully, Tyler had it on his lot. During our negotiations, Tyler was kind and not pushy. He has a great disposition. We secured the car with a deposit and flew to Maryland to make the purchase and drive it home (1400 miles). Tyler had a “BMW Genius” waiting for us at the airport to drive us to the dealership. We learned so much about our car and how to use the newest features just on the drive. When we arrived the car was clean, WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS, in the bay waiting for us. It was exactly as Tyler represented. After our test drive, we completed paperwork, which he had filled out and ready for us, so that we could sign everything needed without having to wait. While we were completing the paperwork, it started to rain. Unbeknownst to us, the staff pulled the car back into a bay and dried it off so that we didn’t have to walk in the rain with our luggage. Tyler has followed up with us to make sure the car is everything we wanted. I cannot recommend him or BMW of Towson enough. More
