When I looked at Towson- I had a chat online, followed up by Elliott on the phone who was very helpful in explaining all the different packages. We then set up a time to meet, and when it slid due to schedules- they followed up politely but weren't pushy. We went up there the next weekend, and I have to say it was a long day driving lots of vehicles, but they walked through EVERY possible option with us across several cars. We had trade ins as well as lease vs buy questions- and Tyler ran all of the scenarios down to help us compare. When it came time to purchase- they were great to work with and gave us better rates than the bank I was prequalified with. I loved the Genius that helped me get acquainted with my technology, and the kids loved the snacks and toy room (which helped while we were looking at numbers). Overall- one of the best experiences I have had buying a car- and my husband isn't easy when it comes to cars! More
