Rude, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. I would absolutely give zero stars if I could and plan to report this service department to both BMW North America and the Better Business Bureau. We I would absolutely give zero stars if I could and plan to report this service department to both BMW North America and the Better Business Bureau. We brought our vehicle in for a service recall on the airbag (so, clearly not a minor issue) on a Wednesday and by Saturday STILL had not heard any update. We were told that this service department did not take appointments (lie) and that we would have the car back before Monday (lie). No service, no loaner, no communication. After being jerked around for days, we finally came in Saturday to pick our car up to take it elsewhere because it was clear no work was going to be done. The service manager, Richard Strickland, was incredibly rude and strangely self-entitled for a man that runs a terrible service department - he said he wasn't surprised no one got back to us in FOUR days. After we left with our car, he sent us an email indicating the service had been completed when it clearly had not (so, lie number three in almost as many days), and there is no way we would trust that it was done appropriately even if he somehow managed to do so before we drove off the lot. Avoid this place at all costs if you value any sort of competency or a manager that actually knows what he's doing. More
