We had always purchased our cars and were new to leasing. We had a 2017 BMW X3 and were looking at a new 2019 BMW X3. My initial contact with Christian was via email. In no time he found the car with the packages we wanted. He also provided us with two quotes, one for lease and another one for purchase. It was easy to understand and compare our options. When we met him at the dealer, Christian was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. He was patient and answered all our questions. We felt no pressure during the entire process and left with a new car ? Our genius, Matt Brooks was also wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable.
