Great service - unfortunately I had a blow out on one of my cars tires. Limped it into BMW Towson around 9am and luckily got paired with James. I went into BMW of Towson not knowing if I was going to purchase or not. After visiting 2 other dealerships that same morning the vibe was definitely different at one of the other dealerships where I was t purchase or not. After visiting 2 other dealerships that same morning the vibe was definitely different at one of the other dealerships where I was treated like I was broke or had bad credit so I left the Audi dealership and came down a few blocks to BMW of Towson where from the start it was no judgement. Everyone that works there treated me like family even after still not knowing how my credit was. So I decided to purchase a vehicle that day and I am very happy with the car. I took my car for service and an oil change but they did not erase the dashboard light, they charged me for the diagnosis of the malfunction of the emergency brake which they knew perfectly well what the pr not erase the dashboard light, they charged me for the diagnosis of the malfunction of the emergency brake which they knew perfectly well what the problem was, since Google shows that it is a common problem for BMW X5, which would cost $2200 there, but in the European cars (not dealer) cost $750, and the last thing when I called to make the appointment for the services I asked for a loaner car which was approved and reserved, and when I got to the dealer they told me that they couldn't lend me the car, so I told them that I had already called and that the reservation for the loaned car has already been made, which they told me that the 800 line operators did not know and that they had made a mistake in offering me the car. In the end, since they were going to charge me for the diagnosis, they decided to give me the car, but of course with a security deposit charged to my credit card asking me for my driver's license, insurance card, etc., I really felt like I was going to steal their car and that they definitely didn't trust me at all, I felt like a criminal.
