All I will say is I had the worst experience ever. When I picked up my car and things were not fix that should has been. Was promised they would schedule to pick up the car to fix the minor damages ho When I picked up my car and things were not fix that should has been. I have my tags however I cannot reach anyone to get a refund. Was told the check was sent to Victor King and of course he never received it. Salesman Victor King started out to be pretty cool however he is a complete liar! Brought the paperwork to my job so he can get the sale but ghosted need after. Didn’t hear from him until I contacted the BBB and still in the same situation. I will never do business with them again nor refer anyone to this dealership. Should have listened when I was told BMW of Towson is the WORST of the nationwide dealership to deal with. Horrible, if I could give them 0 stars I would! More

Had a couple issues with the car, mainly tires and rims that took a couple days. They didn't have any loaners so they paid for me to get a nice Rental from Enterprise. The manager was kind enough to give me special approval to pay it once my credit cards came in the mail. I paid it the next day online. More
