All I will say is I had the worst experience ever. When I picked up my car and things were not fix that should has been. Was promised they would schedule to pick up the car to fix the minor damages ho When I picked up my car and things were not fix that should has been. Was promised they would schedule to pick up the car to fix the minor damages however that’s still not done and I purchased my car December 2023.I’m still waiting on a refund checks for my tags. I have my tags however I cannot reach anyone to get a refund. Was told the check was sent to Victor King and of course he never received it. Salesman Victor King started out to be pretty cool however he is a complete liar! Brought the paperwork to my job so he can get the sale but ghosted need after. Didn’t hear from him until I contacted the BBB and still in the same situation. I will never do business with them again nor refer anyone to this dealership. Should have listened when I was told BMW of Towson is the WORST of the nationwide dealership to deal with. Horrible, if I could give them 0 stars I would! More
