In an attempt to deal with Chris Dixon , I’d make a point to never deal with anyone else from your dealership. I was prepared to purchase a Lexus GX. Because I’m an out of state buyer, I requested point to never deal with anyone else from your dealership. I was prepared to purchase a Lexus GX. Because I’m an out of state buyer, I requested detailed pictures or video showing the condition of the car. Well, he sent a really poor and rushed video. He then called and asked what I planned on doing about the car. When I attempted to explain what issues I had with his video , he abruptly hung up! More
Third visit to this dealership for service, first two under a covered service agreement and were great. This one was terrible. A day and a half for only an oil change and tire rotation. They may be short staffed (counters unstaffed,, people seemed sparse, though employees that were there seemed to be busy), and if so, that’s on management to not schedule appointments when there aren’t employees to actually complete the work in a timely manner. I’d rather have fewer appt choices and know that my appt will actually happen in a reasonable amount of time. Picking up my car was an exercise designed to test patience - why bother having me pay ahead of time online and state what time I”m coming to pick up my car if nothing would actually be ready and no one will be around to actually check me out and bring the car around… I’ll probably look for other options now that I don’t have a service agreement on my car to be honest. I bought a warranty from Towson BMW three years ago for my 428. I, primarily in case anything happens to the roof. It is a hardtop convertible. Anyway, I noticed a problem with one of the strips on the roof last week, and called the dealership and they said if I have my car in by 2:30 I should be able to pick it up that evening. I got there, and the gentleman said there’s no way they could do it today because they don’t stock the part, and then he called me and said that he can’t find any record of my warranty, probably because the dealership was sold. So as it stands now, I am $3000 invested in a warranty that doesn’t exist in this dealerships systems. And no one able to fix my issue. So not worth more than one star right now, maybe they’ll fix it. There was one highlight. The lady at the pick up counter was absolutely fantastic. No one could seem to find the keys or find my car, at no fault of hers, and she took control of the situation, and could not have been kind or sweet or more professional. More
