This was one of the fastest and easiest transactions I've ever had. On a Sunday I inquired about a 2021 M340i listed as CPO and just came in & didn't have pictures yet. Monday morning Victor messaged me via email, and from there we texted back and forth, sending me photos and video of the car that morning. I was very happy with what I saw from the car and how quickly Victor got me what I needed that I put down a deposit on the car and caught the soonest flight I could from Florida to Baltimore to buy the car. The craziest part, this was supposed to be Victor's day off and he came in to pick me up from the airport and get me ready for Blake the finance rep I was working with. Thank you Victor and Blake for helping me get my M340i in record time, you guys did an amazing job! More

I visited this location Jan 2023 requesting an overall inspection of the car. Multi Point Inspection concluded that rear brake pads needed replacement, and air filter change would be needed soon. Inspection concluded that all else was fine including tires (no attention needed at this time), GBK brakes test (Good at this time, not attention needed), and GBATT battery test (Good at this time, not attention needed). I appreciated the service, and returned May 2023 for an oil change, air filter replacement, only to find a laundry list of items wrong with my car totaling $5,800. Most of these items seem to be from wear and tear, so why didn't they come up the first time in January? Included in this estimate was front brake replacement, but the cost had doubled compared to January's rear brake replacement. I do not understand how all of these additional service items were not found from the first visit with a multi point inspection. I was told my quote of $680; however, while reviewing the charges before paying I noted the bill erroneously totaled over $800. Service representative corrected the bill (glad I reviewed it first). I was left unsatisfied and now lack trust in their services. More
