This was my first service experience at BMW of Towson and it was excellent! Let me start of with my first contact with the dealership I was greeted by Casey he was awesome. He knew the car took you an a long road test to get a really good feel for the car did everything and more the I was greeted by Casey he was awesome. He knew the car took you an a long road test to get a really good feel for the car did everything and more then he said he would loved buying my vehicle from him. Then we move to financing and met Blake. Blake was good and knew his stuff not the fastest person and not quick to call you back if at all which is very frustrating but he got it done only because of Casey taking time to bring Blake’s paperwork to house and doing what he had to do to keep me happy love this guy. The sales managers ok at best they just want the sale. AutoNation makes the process of buying a car very difficult and frustrating to deal with it seems as if they went backwards in time and at times I felt like the police where going to come through the door and arrest me for wanting to buy a car it felt like. My biggest complaint of all is the stupid gong they make you bang as you walk out the door it’s embarrassing and cheesy and STUPID I would prefer you give me a shirt or hat with the logo or dealership name on it then to have to bang on a toy because I bought a car what are we three yrs old. Just give me my new keys and let me leave the dealership with a little pride and enjoy my new vehicle. The “BMW Genius” well I think my salesmen would have did a better job and helped me understand the car better the they did. Not saying he wasn’t knowledgeable but he had nothing vested in the deal and seemed very uninterested let me do it for you so I can get out of here kind of personality. I am giving the dealership 4 stars probably should be 3 stars for those reasons but I like to try and be fair. If the question was for Casey it would be 5 stars all the way. Thank you Casey for your time and honesty quick responses and going out of your way to make me happy which you managed to exceed my expectations keep up the great job. I think if the rest of the people I mentioned took the time they could learn lots from you. More
The BMW Towson part department really helped me out. I needed some parts on shirt notice for my car. I called in and they were easy to talk to and found what I needed right away. They did everything they said they were going to do, and they paid for an uber pick me up from the dealership and drop me off at my office and then pick me up when the car was ready. it took a little extr they paid for an uber pick me up from the dealership and drop me off at my office and then pick me up when the car was ready. it took a little extra time but that was because they were short staffed. So I will keep using them. More
