A few years ago, service was a chaotic mess, even with a scheduled appointment! Luckily, someone organized this crucial part of any dealer, i.e.: Service! Towson sales personnel were a 10, but my experience with the finance dept was the worst I have ever experienced. Once paperwork was signed I had questions. Send multiple emails and voicemails for one individual. Never received a call or email back. He provided incorrect info on my registration, so I needed corrected. Due to this lack of customer service I decided to cancel both extended warranty and tire and wheel pkgs, as why should I pay a commission to someone that doesnt get back to me? Very poor business model, but Ill take my 9k in extras elsewhere. More
