I wanted to share the experience with Katie Teter and her profesional, knowledgeable and very thorough follow up. Katie is not just a sales pro. She’s a car enthusiast and can explain BMW features and compar profesional, knowledgeable and very thorough follow up. Katie is not just a sales pro. She’s a car enthusiast and can explain BMW features and compare to Other brands without disrespecting the other brands, but adding value to her product. She understands not just the BMW standard line up, but the M line as well. Her communication skills and genuine standards to give you the best experience with an amazing value both on selling and trading a car. Our conversation started a year ago but we had already committed for a vehicle somewhere else. Regardless, she impressed us because she listened and understood wants and needs. Had a bad experience on 9/08/23 - printed receipt had incorrect information on tire tread and was charged for tire rotation and balance that was not performed. Edit: I pray that I am able to purchase another car of this echelon in my lifetime and if I am it will absolutely not be from here. I genuinely feel I robbed of the moment I worked my xxx off for and drea this echelon in my lifetime and if I am it will absolutely not be from here. I genuinely feel I robbed of the moment I worked my xxx off for and dreamed of by a sales team that cared about nothing but their commission checks, only to later find that the sales tactic is illegal. I was told that if I purchased extended warranties/protection packages totaling over $14,000 that I "BMW" would lower my finance rate keeping my payment the same as what was showed to me on the estimated payment paperwork that goes off the generic 9.99% interest rate. But had I not purchased the extras I'd be stuck paying the higher interest rate. Without wanting to call the sales manager a liar to his face I hinted to him that I'm not an idiot. Dealerships have the ability to secure financing, still give an interest rate higher than what finance told them because it puts money in their pocket and that warranties/protection plans have nothing to do with finance. The sales manager STILL wouldn't budge. Tyler held me up for almost 5 hours pretending to keep going back and forth with finance to take the packages off when I should have simply been able to say "no thank you" sign the required documents and leave, while in the meantime my 3 year old child, girlfriend, family and friends have been waiting in the showroom the entire time!!! I got to the dealership at 3:45 and left at 8:30!!!!! We didn't even have time to go over the features of the car so it was hardly a delivery. A special order $100k car there was no ribbon on the car, no sheet covering the car for a special reveal and the detailer left the paint I paid $4500 for COMPLETELY MARRED. I was so stressed and exhausted in the dealership it actually brought me TO TEARS. Nobody ever tells you when you do a good job because it's what you're supposed to do. For that reason I always make it my point to leave positive reviews which initially I did when ordering the car with Alfredo and the sales manager Jose Vielma. They were amazing and I regret that I had to deal with anyone but them. Unless I am going to hear from owner of the dealership please do not even bother responding. I don't even want to bring the car here for service because I don't want to see the sales team. More
