Scheduling and actual oil change service portion was good. However, poor explanation for the additional suggested work taken by a potato cam was awful. My service adviser James was very informative as to the service to be performed and arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle which was all electric. Since I had never driven an electric vehicle before, he service to be performed and arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle which was all electric.
