The sales experience was pleasant, however the detail was lacking for such a high priced vehicle. The brakes also need to be serviced already, however the sales person I am working with has been very helpful lacking for such a high priced vehicle. Buying a car can be very stressful but my experience at BMW of Towson was excellent. The only thing that could have been better was to have visibility on warranties in advance of delivery of the car. They are incredibly expensive. other than that, i had a great experience with everyone at the dealership. More
