I transacted "most" of my vehicle purchasing experience online and/or via telephone with the Sales representative (Fernando). and Sales Manager (R I transacted "most" of my vehicle purchasing experience online and/or via telephone with the Sales representative (Fernando). and Sales Manager (Ricki). Essentially everything from performing a trade appraisal to price & payment presentation was all provided electronically - BIG WIN! I coordinated my schedule with Ricki which allowed me a window of time to get in and out of the store within 2 hours. Brent in Finance is excellent and provided me with several optional products that I hadn't considered. My visit was seamlessly efficient and promptly returned me to my normal "over-schedule" life!
