Melissa Reno is awesome, very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. However, not sure about the service team (Mechanics) in the back. This was my first visit for an oil change, after buying customer service skills. However, not sure about the service team (Mechanics) in the back. This was my first visit for an oil change, after buying the car 6 months ago. I live out of town, and I got home and discovered my lock system was not locking automatically. Found out I have to make ANOTHER trip to the dealership to have this corrected. Not fun, as I am a very busy professional. Service team (Mechanic that worked on my vehicle) should have checked EVERYTHING before I left the dealership. I don't mind paying high-end prices, but I want high end service. More
