While on vacation in Colorado, I hit another pot hole with the same tire. Prior to leaving for vacation, Isaac and his Team scrambled to get a new tire for in a day for the original tire damaged from a with the same tire. Prior to leaving for vacation, Isaac and his Team scrambled to get a new tire for in a day for the original tire damaged from a pot hole in Topeka. Luckily, we made it back from Colorado without incident until the same tire replaced went flat. Again, Isaac and his team scrambled to get a new tire and get it on right away. My buying experience with BMW was great 5 years ago. But, the servicing experience has been horrible. They're always saying they're working on it, but they've been working on it for a long time and it But, the servicing experience has been horrible. They're always saying they're working on it, but they've been working on it for a long time and it has never improved. The current service manager is one of the most non compassionate people I've met and his people skills are far from being acceptable. If he treats everyone that has an issue with the service in the manner he does than there will be a lot of people going elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend getting a vehicle serviced there for anything. I could go on about all of the issues I've had with them in the last 5 years, but I would have to write a book. They have 1 part to replace that they broke that will hopefully get replaced a month later and then I will be driving to a different BMW to get my vehicle serviced and I recommend anyone else to do the same. More
