Lowest Price & Best Service I live in Springfield, MO and was shopping for a certified BMW. Looking at nearly identical vehicles in 4 different stores and 3 different cities. They were the best price out of all the dealers and the car had the most equipment. What is more amazing is that it didn't take two days to work something out like the other dealers. Paul, the GM, was always quick to respond and he put us with a great salesmen to finalize everything. Drove 4 hours to pick up my car and I was in and out in no time. Finance office was a breeze. Went in with the intentions of not buying anything, and actually bought the extended maintenance plan because it just made sense, not because I pressured. I wouldn't buy a BMW anywhere else. Why pay more money and spend more time? More

Too many harassing run ins with the GM While the parts staff and technicians are fantastic, the general manager of this facility is a far cry from professional, he has a child like mentalit While the parts staff and technicians are fantastic, the general manager of this facility is a far cry from professional, he has a child like mentality and is quick to fire off unprofessional descriminating comments to someone who has been a customer there for 15 years! He is a liability to the company and hopefully that will come to light soon. It's a beautiful facility, with good management it will flourish....just waiting for that to happen More
