The service was completed within the promised time length, estimated price and car was cleaned when returned. After I returned home I opened the hood to see if there was any oil spill signs or things not properly installed and all I found was a shop rag on top of the radiator support, held in place when the hood was closed? Must not have been on their checklist to ensure everything was removed prior to closing the hood More
The rudest service experience ever They'll wine and dine you to sell the car, and brag about how good their warranty is, but once you buy the car, good luck getting help with anything. They'll wine and dine you to sell the car, and brag about how good their warranty is, but once you buy the car, good luck getting help with anything. Their service manager, Rainer, is the most smug, arrogant and rude person I've ever dealt with. He rolled his eyes at us, huffed at us, and I caught him multiple times in lies that he still won't admit to. It's the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If you buy a car here, you can expect to get no help when the car fails with 77 miles on the odometer because the dealership failed to properly inspect it before selling it to you. More

However, I got the appointment wrong, instead of showing up on Friday evening I came over on Saturday morning. Hearne was already busy with another customer so they had me meet with a new salesperson, Bronson Campbell was gracious enough to help me out. He said that he had only been there for a couple of months, but he did a wonderful job of describing and demonstrating all of the great features of the Atlas. I was very impressed that he was so knowledgeable! He was also courteous and always gave me an opportunity to ask questions! We even went home and got my dog, Kasey to approve of the new Atlas. Great experience and great service! More

I am very satisfied with BMW of Topeka and further appreciate the fact that the location doesn’t receive a lot of foot traffic. I feel like nothing is rushed and I’ve established relations with the service reps and car salesmen. Also Paul the GM is a pretty cool cat. He’s not tucked away in an office. More

There was no high pressure tactics and the salesman, Ted, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We came to an agreement very quickly and the X3 was delivered in less than 3 weeks. They even provided me with a loaner since I brought in my trade-in before the X3 arrived. The General Manager, Paul, and the sales manager, Brian, were very involved in the discussions for my purchase and were very fair in their dealings. I believe we will have a very good relationship in the future. I highly recommend them for new car sales. More

Arrived at the dealership at 10:30 AM, met Ted, were driving several BMW X3s within minutes. Started us on the M variant (they knew what they were doing). Just before lunch got finished with the three different vehicles, (we included a VW R as a comparison vehicle) and the manager said why not go to lunch and take the M with you. You can talk more about the car when you come back. Decent Thai lunch... we were back sitting in their very comfortable showroom, and we decided to spend a lot of money on a lot of BMW. What a great car - and what a professional and low-pressure sales staff. Ted was great - knowledgeable, professional and courteous, as was the manager. Thanks to all involved. Now, if we can get some parts that are on order, and figure out some details of the equipment, we will have made a relationship with this dealership that will last a very long time. More

Dropped the ca (Warning: very lengthy poor experience) Was misquoted a price for a carbon blast of the intake runners. Was told it was a 4.5 hour job. Dropped the car off at 8 and it wasent finished till 530. Dropped the car off running fine but with an intermittent misfire at idle. Only owned the car 6 months and was unsure how much buildup was in the intake so i figured this may help the idle. At 530 i received my car with a consistent misfire (on cylinder 6. They looked it up with a computer but didnt bother to check further) and absolutely no power. I live in Manhattan and had to limp my car down the high way. When i finally made it back to my apartment and popped my hood, i find the intake piping disconnected from the charge pipe so my engine was choked by the turbos (exhaust) and xxxxxxx whatever flew up there off the high way. Once I fixed that issue i move to replace the coil pack. (By recommendation of the service manager mind you. He said the coil pack was the most likely culprit of my misfire) i go pick an ignition coil up from autozone and bring it back to my apartment and pull all the plastics away under the hood. I reach down to unplug the coil pack only to find IT WASENT PLUGGED IN! They couldnt be bothered to even check their work. (Mind you the assure me they never touched the coil packs, but like i said i live in Manhattan, im pretty sure i would have notice an ENTIRE CYLINDER NOT WORKING when i drove an hour to get there to drop the car off.) So no i do not recommend using them at all. I have already steered several people that i work with away from them (wasent hard, this is not the first time they've messed up). 2008 335i 120k Also misfire at idle is gone atleast. More
