I also appreciate the availability of loaner cars and also being shuttled to work or home when a loaner is not available. bad service experience took car in for recall back window would not come back up after reprogram they would not check with out additional cost , suggested I need regulator 5 took car in for recall back window would not come back up after reprogram they would not check with out additional cost , suggested I need regulator 582.00 to fix, picked up car got home took door panel off took 7 minutes unplugged regulator, plugged back in works great, no regards for customer just about how many hours and dollars they can get, did call and ask for manager before I wrote review said they would have someone call me back, that never happened More

Minor recall repair Received mail notification of recall on ECM - scheduled repair, brought the car in and everything was taken care of in about 30 min. Friendly people. Received mail notification of recall on ECM - scheduled repair, brought the car in and everything was taken care of in about 30 min. Friendly people. Also asked for info on turning off the wrench notification as we change the oil ourselves. Tech was helpful in showing us how to turn that off. More
Same old review for this dealership - absolutely excellent! Was notified by the messaging system on the dash that my year-old BMW X3 was overdue an interval service. Made the appointment on line, took it in Was notified by the messaging system on the dash that my year-old BMW X3 was overdue an interval service. Made the appointment on line, took it in at the appointed date & time, and was given a ride home by a fine young man driving a gorgeous new BMW M5 sedan. In a couple of hours, my X3 was ready for pickup. While being debriefed on the work that had been performed, the same chap that drove me home pulled my (now) spotlessly clean 'new' X3 up to the Service Center. I was off in a flash. This is the way a dealership, and its service department should be run. Thanks to you all. I shall return. Tom Thomas More
