Incomplete Service I had an appointment to replace the cabin filter and oil change. After waiting over a half hour I was told the service department was out of oil filte I had an appointment to replace the cabin filter and oil change. After waiting over a half hour I was told the service department was out of oil filters. I live 30 miles from Topeka so I should have received a phone call to reschedule. I was there a total of 2 and 1/2 hours to have the cabin filter changed and the brake fluid flushed. Now, I have to make another appointment to go back and have the oil changed. I had an oil change once before at this dealership and it took longer than I expected, but I will try them one more time. It is unfortunate that I this survey will not allow you to submit your rating without checking yes/no for recommending them. I would rather try them again before before having to give an opinion. Employees are polite and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable. More

Service Manager Does the Right Thing The shop foreman was responsible for a very serious mechanical problem that happened to me less than 20 minutes from the dealership when I was alerted The shop foreman was responsible for a very serious mechanical problem that happened to me less than 20 minutes from the dealership when I was alerted that I didn't have brakes working properly. We all make mistakes and quickly the shop Manager, Rainer Will ordered a tow truck and a car for me to return home to Hays,Ks. I am so impressed with the high, incredible care this individual and the owner and staff of this dealership had for me and my family. I will always trust their high level of care and quality. They are the BEST!! More
Terrible Service! I don't know where to begin. I took my car to this dealership because my car was signaling low oil pressure. These people had my vehicle for two weeks I don't know where to begin. I took my car to this dealership because my car was signaling low oil pressure. These people had my vehicle for two weeks. Instead of them calling me to give my an update I had to call them. When I would call it seemed like I was being a pest by the tone of voice I would receive. They would always tell me they would call but they NEVER WOULD! The service manager didn't even know what was going on with the car. That's real hands on management right there in my most sarcastic tone. Did I mention that in two weeks they never had a loaner available? That alone is completely unacceptable. When they finally diagnosed it I was told I needed two parts. One of which was not covered by my warranty. After they repaired the covered part I was told it was still having low oil pressure issues. They suggested I pull the oil pan off so they could check the oil pump. There price for this was going to be $1,200. To pull an oil pan?! Of course my response was no! I had my car towed to another shop that is well established. After all that I was told my vehicle was a quart and a have low on oil. I guess the dealership didn't think it was worth their time to measure the oil manually. I don't even think I needed the part they replaced. When my wife called and told this to the service manager he basically called her a liar by saying " Well. that's just not possible". Then he had the audacity to say to my wife " You make sure you call me and apologize when it breaks down next week". Well Mr. service manager, it's been a month and we haven't had to call you and apologize yet. My wife also spoke to the GM who was also rude. This place is a joke! I won't even take my car there to get it washed at this point. Which wasn't done to my vehicle when I picked it up. Probably because I didn't want to be charged $1200 more. I could go on and on but all I will say is this was the worst service experience of my life! Take my advice, Go to Baron or AJ's Imports. Unless you don't mind being given the run around and tricked out of your money. More

Great Service Experience I brought my car for service on three occasions. Twice for recall and once for warranty repair. This is an excellent service center. From the moment you check-in with either Rainer or Melissa, to the time your car is returned, you and your car are in good hands. Do not waste your time using the chat on the VW/BMW of Topeka website. The individual on the website is not helpful. I notified the GM regarding this problem. I received a prompt response from the GM. Unfortunately, the response did not address the problem with the chat room on their website. More

I arrive early and they get me to work on time, and picked me up at noon. When he brought my. Car around it was all nice and clean, freshly washed and vacuumed and smelled terrific inside.
