Very expensive I took my 2018 BMW 430i here for an oil change service. I typically do not use dealer shops as they tend to be higher priced. I knew going here I wa I took my 2018 BMW 430i here for an oil change service. I typically do not use dealer shops as they tend to be higher priced. I knew going here I was going to pay a little more but felt it was worth it to have my BMW serviced properly. First, they said the air filter and cabin air filter needed to be changed as well as the brake fluid. I declined due to the cost each air filter installed was over $100! I priced original BWW filters from online sites and found them much cheaper and installation is not difficult. I felt $50 in labor to change an air filter that is a 5 min job is excessive. After waiting an hour for the oil change, (which I had an appt. for) I was told that I was almost due for a spark plug change. The quote was $40 per plug and over $300 in labor for this. Once home I looked into plugs and found that the original Eq plugs can be purchased for $10 each and the install is not difficult. I will take care of that myself as well. Then once I was driving away I noticed they did not reset the service light which they charged me $20 to hook up to the machine to do. BTW I reset that myself with no machine! Bottom line is the service they did was mostly done, and I expected to pay a little more to have done there, but after this visit I will choose to have non-warranty service done elsewhere, as they are not slightly higher they are much higher for basic services that can be completed elsewhere just as well for less money. More

20k Service I recently had my 20 K service preformed (basically an oil change). Facility was clean and employees friendly. I told the manager I would be waiting I recently had my 20 K service preformed (basically an oil change). Facility was clean and employees friendly. I told the manager I would be waiting since I live over an hour away. The waiting room was equipped with nice chairs, tv and cool water. The time estimates was very accurate and work done correctly. While waiting I have a chance to check out several new models in the showroom. I was called to review my invoice, which was accurate, paid my bill and on my way in my now clean car. More
