Service and Parts departments. I have used our local BMW dealership's service and parts departments in the past with great results every time. This particular trip amidst the COVID- I have used our local BMW dealership's service and parts departments in the past with great results every time. This particular trip amidst the COVID-19 pandemic was especially great as we are all under an extra amount of stress and uncertainty. I had gone in and ordered a need battery for my Beamer, not cheap by any means but the 2013 original battery had lasted 7 years! I also had to order a new key as we had lost the only key we had during a move. The parts department was very professional and my order was in promptly when they said it would be. The service department worked very quickly to get me in and out of the dealership and as always they wash and detailed my car on top of the service required. I love this dealership and will remain a customer as long as I live here in the Topeka area. More
Typical car dealership; nothing super special. Slow and expensive even by BMW standard. Anyway, the place is clean; got large couch, tv, decent beverage service. Got slightly better Work ethics than Baron expensive even by BMW standard. Anyway, the place is clean; got large couch, tv, decent beverage service. The best BMW service department. I've experienced BMW service facilities in three states and truly felt Topeka BMW knows what they are doing. My car is better than when I first bought it at a different d service facilities in three states and truly felt Topeka BMW knows what they are doing. My car is better than when I first bought it at a different dealerahip years ago. The caring people, especially Melissa, at this service department made me feel at ease. Thank you! More

Traveler with tire issue I was traveling on I-70 and picked up a nail in my tire. I was able to get to the dealer on my run flat tire and the service department was able to I was traveling on I-70 and picked up a nail in my tire. I was able to get to the dealer on my run flat tire and the service department was able to get me in to look at it in very short order. They showed me the nail stuck in the tire. They checked to see if it could be repaired and it was not salvageable. The dealer had the same tire in stock and were able to replace it. I was able to continue with my travel pretty quickly. The service writer was excellent and was very helpful and empathetic. I have no reservations about recommending the service department. More

The service Dept said I had to check with the parts Dept to see if the parts were available and transferred me to the parts Dept. 3.). The parts dept never answered. 4.). Called back and asked for parts Dept and once again they didn’t answer. Phone went back to receptionist and I left a message to call back. 5.) Two work days later still no call. 6.). Called again and asked for parts. I was told the service Dept should know they have the parts. After 10 minutes he finally verified they had the parts. I asked to be transferred back to service but was transferred to another dealership. 7.). Called back again and Asked for service. Once again - no answer. Was transferred back to receptionist. She said they would call me back. Of course no call. 8.). Called Wichita BMW and spoke with a very helpful service agent. He verified they had the parts (didn’t require me to call the parts department) and scheduled an appointment in 5 minutes. My suggestion would be to get you car and service at.a dealership that gives service. NOT Topeka BMW. Remember this when you’re buying a vehicle. Service is an important part of buying a vehicle. More
EXCELLENT SERVICE OF BMW-VW OF TOPEKA I purchased my vehicle in KC but live in Topeka. Instead of driving over an hour to KC, I decided to try the dealership in Topeka. I've been there twice and they did a really good job on my car. Melissa Reno is the best service advisor that I have ever met. SHE'S THE BEST. She's very polite, intelligent, knows her job really well and gets things done. More
Love VW Topeka. I called to see if they could squeeze me in before a last minute trip for an oil change and just general inspection. They had told me they were fully booked but may be able to get me in the in before a last minute trip for an oil change and just general inspection. They had told me they were fully booked but may be able to get me in the day before we left. While I was there I told them that I thought that the rear brakes may need to be check. The service writer was great and talked with me about my Jetta etc. It was nice having someone who seemed genuinely interested in cars help me. Ended up needing pads and rotors on the rear. They were a able to get that done too while in there. Price was VERY reasonable seeing as I didn’t have to do it myself. Love coming to them and will continue to. More

They are extremely busy but they take good care of their customers and I totally recommend them. More
