Got a flat tire in one of the nasty potholes around Topeka. I was just passing through the state and of course it was a Sunday. BMW Roadside towed my car to this dealership. The next day when the dealership opened they didn’t have my tire in stock. It’s a new model so no surprise. They called around town to find me a tire. The got me back on the road by mid day. How awesome is that. The staff was so friendly unlike the dealership in my hometown. More

The worst service I've experienced in 70 years Made an appointment for 10am on July 1st to find out why my hardtop convertible would no longer open or close. Was told it might take 1 or 2 hours to Made an appointment for 10am on July 1st to find out why my hardtop convertible would no longer open or close. Was told it might take 1 or 2 hours to diagnose. Well, never heard from them that week and called, they said the only tech to diagnose this problem only works Wednesdays. Next week, was told he didn't come to work that Wednesday. Next week was told other cars had priority and it was put back. They finally called me at the end of July that I needed new a new relay switch, they would order the part, and it would be ready the next week. A few days later, around August 2nd, they called and said they needed to repair and oil leak which would cost about $1,500. Really? They told me I shouldn't drive it to get a 2nd opinion because it was too dangerous, so I said go ahead and repair. Well, finally got my car back around August 8th, 39 days after I took the car in. The total bill was $2,300. I had no previous service at this dealer, and quite frankly, question whether I needed the oil repair, based in the fact that they had my care for 39 days, and the incompetence in diagnosing the problem with the top. It pains me to question the honesty of the dealer or anyone for that matter. I will be talking to the general manager in person about this matter. More

I live in Kansas City but drove 55 miles to their dealership because the local KC dealers were playing games and trying to take advantage of us. After I saw their vehicle online, it took me less than 1 hour to work a deal with them by phone and email where I traded in two vehicles for the new one. Wonderful experience. More

I am pleased that, thanks to Douglas, Joe & Bronson, the car could be serviced while I stayed an extended social distance away -- at home. More
out of state car purchase Just got my 2020 M8 competition delivered to my home in naples florida. Called them because they had color combo i wanted. Spoke to Branson in sales who coordinated my trade in and the new car purchase. With the help of Brian Meyers the sales manager they put together a great deal for my trade in and delivery of the M8. This process went so smooth without any problems. I received my new BMW in an enclosed trailer and the same driver loaded my trade in and delivered back to dealer. This was all accomplished in five days. The sales team and management called me several times before and after delivery to ensure that i was happy with the process.. I am looking forward to purchasing more vehicles from this dealership. Thanks for all your integrity and professionalism. More

I was stranded in Topeka while on the road from Spokane to St Louis. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Melissa got me right in and the mechanic found and fixed the problem.
