If i could give 0 i would. i have had my car back for 2 weeks out of over 5 months. they never call me back, never advised me of using non bmw parts which i believe is required before it’s done. never emai weeks out of over 5 months. they never call me back, never advised me of using non bmw parts which i believe is required before it’s done. never email me back. we’re supposed to get me 2 keys, failed to do what they were supposed to do then said i have to go get a new registration before they can do the second key...inconviencing me further when they could have just done it right the first time. still don’t have my car back. worst company to deal with. i will never give them my business again. non communicative non transparent hard to deal with. you’d think you would be a tad more timely for such a big place. then to be told there’s been no update in the system since last tuesday, which means my car is just sitting there not being worked on. i told them at the beginning on the 5 months i didn’t have another car and i had 45 days for a rental and now over 5 months still have no car and they could not care less. More
I took my car in for detailing, but was disappointed that the small details weren’t tended to. It was clean to begin with and simple needed that detailed touch to make it shine. Cleaner wasn’t wiped off completely in areas, middle compartment wasn’t even cleaned, still had debris along bottom and sticky coffee spill along the top. Hatchback area wasn’t fully vacuumed.
