The service we received was good. My dis- satisfaction lies with the unusually high cost of the repair compared to other service centers we have used. Should I ever recommend this service center I will ca lies with the unusually high cost of the repair compared to other service centers we have used. Should I ever recommend this service center I will caution them regarding the cost. I recall we paid over $700 for 6 coils for a N52 engine that costs $168 for 6 (on-line) and were the same brand coils used by BMW. More

Excellent service. I truly feel it’s the best customer service in Toledo. Kyle told me I could come in immediately and John had a loaner vehicle ready when I got there. Took just minutes.
