I have had terrible experiences with this dealership in the past 6 months. I had a broken seat, they first told me it was fixed. I picked it up and when I tried it that night, still broken. So I had to take it back in and it took them 3 days to fix it properly due to not ordering the parts when I took it in in the first place. When I picked the car up the 2nd time, there was a chip in my windshield that was not there before. They denied it, and I have no proof they did it. But if there is a chip in my windshield directly in the line of sight, I think I would notice it ASAP. I am the only person who drives my car. They said it was like that when they got it in. The service director even knew exactly where the chip was. I am 99% sure they damaged it while it was in their shop, they talked about it before I picked my car up, so they were all in on it. They don't want to replace at windshield at the cost of $800-1000. More recently, the windshield wiper broke off my car. It should be covered under warranty, but they refuses to so anything about it unless I paid them for it. The prices for parts are outrageous. I ordered the parts elsewhere and will have them repaired at an independent shop. Please also note, for this latest wiper issue they had me come in twice. The first time he said I should have told them in advance so they could have ordered the parts ( as if it was my fault they didn't look at the appt book and order parts in advance- i booked the appt more then 5 days ahead of when i went in). Instead, they let me waste my time and drive in only to send me away and told to check back 2 days later. I came back 2 days later, and they then told me it would not be covered under warranty. Another waste of my time. Lesson learned= Avoid Yark BMW like the plague. Dishonest people there. More
