Greeted perfectly and left the details of issues and headed off to work. A few hours later I received a call from the manager. Issues found and were covered under a CPO contract. This was surprising to me as it was a wear and tear item. However, they checked the sales details and found this repair work had no documentation. After discussions with management they agreed to handle it. This is why I bought a BMW and this is why Toledo BMW has earned my business. I highly recommend these professionals. It was easy for them to just ignore and bill me. But they didn’t. They did the right thing! More
