Very Dissapointed 25 words aren’t enough. I had my car towed the day before my 0730 annual service. The car wouldn’t start because of fridgiid temps. Service rep told m 25 words aren’t enough. I had my car towed the day before my 0730 annual service. The car wouldn’t start because of fridgiid temps. Service rep told me it just happens. Went to pick up my X5 and was told it wasn’t ready. Told me other cars were serviced as parts came in. He said he could call the servicing tech - I said call him - Rep said he didn’t have his number. He went to office with manager - came back and told me it needed a part from Germany. he came back very apologetic, so that’s the extra star. Oil change completed on Saturday with excellent service rep. I’ve never experienced a service lying to me. More

Customer service was great, quality of mechanical was not. Dropped my car off for recalls. I received a call informing me of other repairs that were supposedly needed but asked for an estimate so I could revie Dropped my car off for recalls. I received a call informing me of other repairs that were supposedly needed but asked for an estimate so I could review later. Received a call roughly 40 minutes before they closed that my car was ready to be picked up, so I headed right over. When I got in my car, the service engine soon light was on, it was never on prior to dropping it off. I figured maybe it just needed a moment to reset and with them closing, I just left. The drive home was horrible! My engine was bouncing, it was revving all over the place and driving like it never had before since there were NOT problems I had prior. I called my husband in tears and luckily made it home for him to look at. Luckily, he is a mechanic so it took him no time to realize that my mass air flow sensor had been left completely out of place. This is a huge oversight! He was able to fix it and reset the service engine light, but the fact that he even had too do this is what waa concerning. Again, my customer service level was great, but the quality of work was not so much, so I'm indifferent as to if I would ever recommend anyone here. More
