Quite a few things have changed in the 20 years of my being a customer I understand the need to be profitable I do feel as thought changes should come to those of us which are affected by the change I was thinking maybe i need to look into a different dealership when my lease is up, this was not the first time that lack of information affected me. John and Keith handled my situation in a most pleasant and helpful way. I gave me faith in the dealership again. Thank you both More

Did I “really” need the services performed? What started as an oil change and brake fluid bleed, ended up being spark plugs ($460), Fuel Injection Cleaning, ($275), Fuel Induction Cleaning ($400 What started as an oil change and brake fluid bleed, ended up being spark plugs ($460), Fuel Injection Cleaning, ($275), Fuel Induction Cleaning ($400), and a combined monthly le other things. Based on 60,000 mile “recommendations”, I walked out with a $1700 bill, and denied or deferred two other services recommended for another $700. I researched these services afterwards (shame on me) and apparently could have done for much less, if at all. Not a great feeling. Lesson learned. I hope this work was absolutely necessary. More

Very Dissapointed 25 words aren’t enough. I had my car towed the day before my 0730 annual service. The car wouldn’t start because of fridgiid temps. Service rep told m 25 words aren’t enough. I had my car towed the day before my 0730 annual service. The car wouldn’t start because of fridgiid temps. Service rep told me it just happens. Went to pick up my X5 and was told it wasn’t ready. Told me other cars were serviced as parts came in. He said he could call the servicing tech - I said call him - Rep said he didn’t have his number. He went to office with manager - came back and told me it needed a part from Germany. he came back very apologetic, so that’s the extra star. Oil change completed on Saturday with excellent service rep. I’ve never experienced a service lying to me. More
