Mr. Strauss, when you came in for your oil change we advised you that you had about 3,700 miles to go before the oil service was due. At that time you would be due for the spark plugs and micro-filter. We advised that you still had time on those, but if you wanted us to we could do them early and save you another trip. We handed you the menu and showed you services based on the mileage and age of your vehicle, 4yr. 60k service. You had a few questions about the services and your advisor went through them with you. You wanted to hold off on the balance and alignment and the drive-line fluids, which was fine and none of the 60k services were a requirement, but it's something we like to extend to our customers because we see a benefit for our customers based on the region we reside. Again, accept our sincere apology and please know that it is never our intention to make any of our guests feel less than satisfied when leaving our dealership. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
