More than Satisfactoy service I was more than satisfied with Kyle from the time I drove up he had his face mask on to protect me from him by chance he was infected with the virus. I was more than satisfied with Kyle from the time I drove up he had his face mask on to protect me from him by chance he was infected with the virus. ( I had mine on also) My loaner was ready and through out the day he communicated with me via text and e-mail upon the technician findings. I was very pleased with Kyle and his work professionalism. Excellent service AGAIN at Yark BMW The technician took great care in completing a maintenance task seldom performed. No issue over keeping the loaner vehicle over the weekend. Working through precautions in place over the Covid-19 pandemic were awkward at times, but that seems true for many places. I did have to wait for a part to be delivered, which came the day after I dropped off the vehicle, which was a surprise to me since I had scheduled the work to be done in late February to ensure the part would be available. Again though, no issue over keeping the loaner. More
