We always hate to hear when a customer is unhappy with our service, but your voice doesn’t go unheard. We strive to provide the best customer service experience possible every time, but we know we will never be perfect. I will say that if we do fall short in certain situations, it most definitely isn’t our intention by any means. We realize there could always be another shop out there that could do something cheaper, but it doesn’t mean it is the same quality of parts, the same qualified techs doing the work, or the same type of parts warranty that we offer, which means we may not always be the cheapest, but we will 100% stand by our work in the long run. We do offer 110% price match for future reference, but we just need it in writing to make sure we are comparing apples to apples. Our service loaners are a courtesy for our customers while their cars are being worked, so if the work is completed or declined, the vehicle needs to be returned promptly. We will always have shop fees on our RO’s as a company policy because there are always hidden costs to do business that are not charged to the consumer, that can add up over time, for example in this case, gas in the service loaner that you were given or the disinfectant used at the beginning and end of the service visit, even though we only did an inspection. Our techs cannot take back the time they spent diagnosing the vehicle you brought in, so we can’t just make the fee to do so disappear either. We do value your business, and hopefully you understand that, but in the future if you have any concerns about the pricing or how we got there, please don’t hesitate to ask for an explanation by a manager that may be able to clarify a few of these issues up front.
