Bought car certified with 11k miles. Had a vibration from the get go. Took 2.5 weeks to get in for service as needed a loaner. They kind of acted, more like SAID, they didn’t sell the car with the vibration, the get go. Took 2.5 weeks to get in for service as needed a loaner. They kind of acted, more like SAID, they didn’t sell the car with the vibration, like I damaged it in the week I monitored it before calling. That didn’t sit well as who likes to be accused of doing something they didn’t do. But in the end, we had a great guy named Dave bring me my loaner to Michigan (70 miles) and return it in a day. Vibration fixed so I’m pleased in the end. Only deduction of the star is the low key attitude that I caused it (when I knew the car was realigned before I bought it so likely not MY fault and their realignment wasn’t enough to fix the wheel problem). More
