The sticky residue you experienced in your loaner vehicle is caused by the disinfectant that we spray into the vehicle before and after each use. Unfortunately, during this time with the pandemic, it does take a little longer to perform the write-up process. This can take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes, depending on workload. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will allow us the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do!
