It was time for an oil change, etc. on my vehicle. Willie picked up the vehicle from my home in Tiffin and returned it at the end of the day and left me a loaner if needed. $175 to diagnose an issue was a little ridiculous. You told me on the phone it would be $150 then you tacked on 10% for shop supplies. Then for the other issue I was having you quoted me over $1334 to replace a blower motor $1080 and regulator $254. When I Looked up these parts online they were $300 total. So you are telling me that it will cost you $900 to put it in. I looked up online what it took to replace this part and it looks very simple. I thought I would give the dealer a shot at quoting this out since you specialize in this make. I went to two other auto service stores who will do the same work for $500. Then when I got there to pick up my car the service guy wasn’t ready with my car. He said he had to do paperwork. There was no one else there but it still took him 20 minutes to get my paperwork together. When they finally brought my car around they had run it through a car wash but it was not wiped down. Looked like they just sprayed it with a hose and brought it around. Pretty disappointed with the experience. I was thinking about buying another BMW but after that experience it really left a bad impression about BMW service and the overall brand. More
