Paul Lunde was the Sales Associate who sold me the first Z3 BMW and he has been my Sales Associate since. He is always very professional, courteous, honest and very nice. He explains everything about the car you would like to purchase, features, any questions or concerns you may have. He returns your phone calls if you have questions and when your ivehicle s delivered he explains everything in detail of the operation and functions. I recommend Paul as your next Sales Associate in puchashing your nex BMW. More

He was patient and went out of his way to review the features of the car and to point out opportunities in different models. As it turned out I selected by BMW sight unseen and collected it the next day. I was not disappointed by the process or the vehicle. Paul and Corie both went through the vehicle features with patience and skill which made it easy to be comfortable with the wonderous technology of the BMW. I was fortunate to have my wife with me for her to experience this adventure. I think her comment on our exit is most telling - she said she wants a BMW too.
