My 2nd BMW within a month Sam sold me my first BMW 530E i had never owned a BMW. I was just looking when i stopped in. Same is very nice and welcoming. I wanted a gas BMW M550 Sam sold me my first BMW 530E i had never owned a BMW. I was just looking when i stopped in. Same is very nice and welcoming. I wanted to see and drive a SUV plugin hybrid, and BMW of Toledo was the only dealer which had one available not only in Toledo, but in other cities I had checked. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to test drive the car and even allowed to keep it overnight since I was very concerned about it fitting in my garage. Steve Messinger was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. He certainly accommodated my every need, was very patient with me and treated me with honesty and respect. His main concern was to be sure that I was a highly satisfied customer. After my purchase, Mason Bryan took as much time as needed to go over all aspects of the X5 Hybrid and explain all of its features. Mason was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything about the car. More
